The terms and conditions outlined herein establish the agreement between you and Sandridge Airport Cab Network. The act of booking a taxi and utilizing our services signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
Sandridge Airport Cab Network, referred to as "we" or "us," pertains to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" may denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, ensuring timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Sandridge Airport Cab Network is not accountable for delays resulting from insufficient time allocation or unpreparedness for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 Ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Sandridge Airport Cab Network does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage, and any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 The quoted price by Sandridge Airport Cab Network is based on information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT, and any applicable VAT charges will be additional. We reserve the right to adjust the quote in the event of material changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Any excess waiting time will be charged at the standard waiting rate. While we aim to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Sandridge Airport Cab Network of inaccuracies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is prohibited.
4.3 Proper restraint for children in the car, based on height, weight, and age, is mandatory.
4.4 Passenger capacity adheres to licensing or insurance limitations.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Promptly contact us for cancellations to avoid charges. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on driver time and distance to the cancellation point.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.
6. Liability
6.1 While we strive for timely arrivals, Sandridge Airport Cab Network is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car promptly.
6.4 You shall not indemnify Sandridge Airport Cab Network for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse bookings immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Sandridge Airport Cab Network may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Sandridge Airport Cab Network, and changes will be reflected on this page. Regularly review terms for awareness. Existing bookings follow rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information is processed following the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between Sandridge Airport Cab Network and yourself.
8.5 These terms confer no advantage or benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims after this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by Sandridge Airport Cab Network.
